Refund Policy for Evofash LA Damaged Items: Refunds will only be granted for items that are damaged as a direct result of our printing machine malfunctions or related issues in our printing warehouses.
- Proof of Damage: Before any refund is processed, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the damage for verification purposes. This is to determine if the damage can be attributed to a warehouse or printing malfunction.
- Custom Printed Orders: Given that our products are printed on demand, we do not provide refunds based on change of mind, as each product is specially tailored for the customer and cannot be resold.
- Theft or Lost Packages: Evofash Gifts and Things is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery. For such issues, please contact and file a claim with your local post office.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation. However, customers may submit a cancellation request and we will endeavor to accommodate it if circumstances allow.
